A consummate fundraising leader, with expertise in capital campaigns, board development, annual funds, alumni services, events, major gifts, planned giving, staff training, campaign design and implementation, Doug has facilitated capital totaling more than $500 million. He boasts 31 years of professional leadership in cause-related and non-profit institutions including higher education, social services, medical and faith, and has worked with established nonprofits and start-ups alike. He is a frequent speaker at nonprofit and technology conferences and frequently represents MobileCause on radio and television.
Corporate experience includes his role as co-founder/partner in Telesis/Medical Accounts Group, one of the first online medical claims/insurance billing companies in the U.S.; senior partner and managing director of SLA, a premier leadership and performance development center serving the U.S; and over 16 years at Pepperdine University in an administrative and development capacity.
Doug is currently on the advisory board for Pelagique, a wireless and online medical information content provider. Previous non-profit advisory board contributions include Boy Scouts of America, WLACC, Scimitar Leadership Academy, Seaver College Board of Visitors, and Younglife Malibu.

A seasoned enterprise technology executive with over 15 years of venture-backed, public company, start-up and emerging technology experience, Daniel has built companies that have served several Fortune 500 public companies with vital new technologies including social media platforms, mobile media and solutions and more; in each case, Daniel was critical in building the foundation as well as the path to scale. Daniel has also worked with $300 million dollar venture firm Sid R. Bass as an Executive in Residence evaluating new investment opportunities.
Daniel has also built two other mobile companies from inception to venture funding and high growth in addition to founding and selling an interactive market company. Daniel received the "40 under 40" award from the San Fernando Business Journal in recognition of his extraordinary accomplishments as a leading technology executive in the Los Angeles/San Fernando area. A frequent speaker at conferences such as CTIA and iHollywood Forum, Daniel is also a founding member of MoMeMo, a mobile media networking and discussion group.

He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a masters in Software Engineering Program Management, and a bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science at U.C. San Diego. His mentor was the former chair of human computer interface at the Dept. of Defense (with whom he co-authored one of the first mobile web style guides for m-commerce in 2000). |

As Chairman/CEO and Founder, Doug focuses on strategies impacting MobileCause and its leadership position in the marketplace including NPO segment strategy, customer service, retention, legal, investor and board relations alongside President and co-founder Daniel Scalisi.
As President/COO and Founder of MobileCause, Daniel provides technological development oversight for the company’s web service platform for mobile giving, CRM and donor communication. Alongside co-founder Doug Plank, Daniel provides operational leadership in the areas of market, product and strategy development. He also oversees potential mergers and acquisition activity for the company and develops cornerstone partnerships.
As Senior Vice President of Sales, Jeff provides leadership over the Sales and Marketing operations for MobileCause. A seasoned technology executive with over 19 years of experience in technology sales and marketing with private and public companies. Jeff has successfully built sales and marketing organizations that have driven revenue in high growth environments. Jeff holds a M.A. in Telecommunications from George Mason University.
Nick Nayfack began his telecom career as the 2nd engineer in the US at Mobileway, one of the largest international SMS and MMS aggregators. Consequently, he provisioned several hundred fortune 500 customers and facilitated technical operations for all US carriers. Next, he worked with large government agencies and top security penetration testers at SAIC to protect information assets. Prior to Google's Android, Nick was among the first to develop high availability mobile applications to perform in conjunction with BREW, JavaME, and the Mobile Web. He oversaw product development to coordinate with all major entertainment companies for one of the largest ring tone companies in the Americas. Lastly, he directly managed all operator relations, technical integrations, and financial institutions for Sybase.
