Faith Farm Ministries (FFM) was predominantly funded by their thrift store and was looking to expand their fundraising efforts through new digital channels. With no technical knowledge or training for an online platform, they knew that they would need assistance in setting up mobile marketing to begin digital fundraising.


Through MobileCause, FFM began their mobile marketing strategy by sending email blasts, generating social media posts, and text message alerts promoting their campaigns. This multi-level digital fundraising plan was set up not only to raise funds, but also to lower their promotion cost and increase donor engagement.


The results allowed them to hit their targets: 30,000 mobile subscribers were retained for future engagement with FFM, $45,000 was saved in advertising budget alone, and $116,000 extra funds were raised relative to the year before. This digital fundraising campaign secured funds that went to men and women struggling with addiction issues.
